　　双CD双主题，CD1名为「迷幻节奏Escape Into Rhythms」，由唐艾里斯乐团Don Ellis在1966年於蒙特利爵士嘉年华会现场首度发表的〈33 22 1 222〉揭开序幕。Don Ellis属改革派爵士时期重要团体之一，其特色为团体擅於演奏较为独特的音乐节拍，而这张在市面上几乎绝版的现场录音专辑，更是许多爵士发烧迷所梦寐以求的宝物。专辑更收录硬式咆勃派Bobby Hutcherson、Art Ensemble Of Chicago、Art Blakey，爵士饶舌歌手Guru之代表作 〈Slicker Than Most〉及Erik Truffaz与Nya〈Trippin’ The Lovelight Fantastic〉，及葛莱美奖当代爵士制作人David Axelrod、义大利实验性长号乐手Gianluca Petrella慵懒迷幻的结尾。
　　CD2名为「坠入情网Addicted to Love」，有别於CD1「迷幻节奏」拨动耳膜的精湛演出，取而代之是慵懒、轻柔优雅的爵士选曲。其中不容许错过一听的如Sheila Jordan〈Dat Dere〉，有别於绝大多数爵士女声浑厚低沉的嗓音，Sheila Jordan甜美轻盈的演唱宛如清晨婉转悦耳的鸟啼声；葛莱美奖最佳女歌手诺拉琼丝Norah Jones与融合爵士四人组Charlie Hunter所合作的〈Day is Done〉；及眾多老牌女声Julie London、Nancy Wilson、Minnie Riperton、Tina Turner 跨足爵士的动人作品。
